Turn it inside out, wash it cold, and keep it away from high dryer heat.
The straight answer
Turn the shirt inside out so the thread is not rubbing on other clothes. Use a cold wash and a normal detergent. You do not need a special soap.
Skip bleach and skip a long soak. If you only wore it once, airing it is often enough. Dry it flat or on a line. A hot dryer is what pulls cotton in and what dulls raised thread fastest.
The same wash works for a tee and a shirt. Use it on the Stallion Horse oversized t-shirt and on the White Daisy plain shirt.
More of the same advice is on how to wash an embroidered t-shirt.
Pick it up. The weight is the point
GSM is just grams per square metre. A bigger number is a heavier cloth. The oversized tees are 240GSM cotton. In the hand they feel like a shirt with a spine, not a vest that collapses the moment you sweat. Thin tees twist at the shoulder and curl at the hem. A stitch has nothing solid to sit on. That is the whole argument for the heavier blank.
Heavy does not mean a winter coat. You can wear it through an ordinary Indian day. It is warmer than a mesh vest, and anyone who says otherwise is selling a mood. What it does well is keep its shape from the commute to the evening. It softens after a few washes. It is not see-through in normal light. Black hides more than a very pale ground, which is worth knowing if you are comparing a light shirt with a heavy tee. They are not the same cloth.
Cotton can pull in if you boil it or bake it in a dryer. Wash cold, inside out, and dry it flat or on a line. Do not size up because you expect the shirt to vanish in the wash. Order the size on the chart, then wash it like you want to keep it.
Thread has a height. Ink does not
Run a finger across a finished chest. Embroidery stands up. A print sits on the surface. A thick print can crack and flake after enough washes. Thread goes through the cotton, so it does not peel off in a sheet. It can still fuzz if you scrub it or dry it on high heat for years. Normal washing keeps it looking like the photo.
Thread cannot copy a photograph, a long sentence in hairline letters, or a dozen shades that are almost the same. A logo, an animal, a flower, or a short name is what stitch is good at. A screen colour and a thread colour are close, not identical. If two colours in the file are nearly twins, they can blend once they are stitched. We flag that before any thread goes in.
The back of the stitch is flatter than the front. Most people stop noticing it once the shirt is on, because the design sits on the chest or the sleeve and not on a tight spot. A very dense design feels more raised. If your skin is fussy, say so and we will keep the mark off places that rub. Iron the cloth, not the stitches. A hot iron straight on the design flattens it.
The practical bit, said once
Home delivery inside India is free when the order is Rs. 999 or more. Under that, the shipping charge shows at checkout before you pay. We ship across India. We do not ship outside India. Most ready orders are dispatched in about 4 to 7 working days, then the courier time. A metro pin code is usually quicker than a remote one. Tracking arrives once the parcel leaves.
Two ready pieces take 5 percent off, three take 7 percent off, and five take 10 percent off. That is the offer on the bar. Mix designs and sizes if you want. A company logo run is quoted separately. It is not the same saving.
An unworn ready piece can be reviewed under the return policy. Message us before you ship anything back. A piece we stitched from your logo cannot be sold to someone else, so a change of mind on that piece is not a return. A fault is different. If it arrives damaged, or the design is not the placement you approved, send photos within 48 hours. Payment on the site is UPI, cards, and netbanking. WhatsApp replies run Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST.
If you are still on the fence
Come back to the first lines. Turn it inside out, wash it cold, and keep it away from high dryer heat. If that matches the shirt in your head, use the links above and either check out or send the file. If it does not, the other guides under this post are the next place to look.
