Please review our Size Guide before placing your order. Garment measurements may vary by approximately 0.5 to 1 inch due to the manufacturing process.

Customized or personalized products are made specifically for you.

They cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
They cannot be returned.
They cannot be exchanged.
They are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged due to our mistake.

Standard VULTARO™ products may be cancelled before dispatch.
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

9. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience. Delays caused by weather, courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, remote locations, or other events beyond our control may affect delivery schedules.

10. International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or other government fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
