What if the size does not fit when it arrives?
If you ordered a ready design and the size is wrong, check the return and exchange page for the current window. The piece needs to be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition it arrived.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the fit if you want help deciding whether to exchange it. Do that before you wash it.
A piece we embroidered from your artwork is made for you. We cannot put that back into stock, so it is not treated like a ready design. Confirm the size with us before you pay for custom work.
The size chart sits on the product, not on a separate page. Open the Wise Owl oversized t-shirt and check chest, length, and shoulder before you add it. The Stallion Horse oversized t-shirt is the same oversized cut, so the size that fits one of these animal tees is the size that fits the others in oversized t-shirts.
If you are buying a shirt as well, leave the tee chart there and open a shirt chart instead. The Floral Cluster plain shirt is a plain embroidered shirt. Its measurements are for a shirt, and they will not match the tee. People who want one of each usually keep the tee true to size and then choose the shirt from plain embroidered shirts on its own numbers.
