The straight answer
Staff uniforms, event crews, and brand merch start the same way as one custom piece. You send the logo, the garment, the colours, and how many of each size. We confirm placement before stitching.
A left-chest logo on a polo is the request we hear most. Polos are made to order. If you want people to see the cloth first, the Fish oversized t-shirt shows the heavy tee, and the Coral Branch plain shirt shows a shirt.
There is no fake minimum of 100 pieces. One polo is allowed. A full staff list is also allowed. The price changes with quantity, cloth, and how dense the logo is.

A staff list is the same job, repeated
Offices usually want a left-chest logo on a polo. The polo reads as a staff shirt. An oversized tee reads as merch you can wear off duty, and the logo can be larger. Some teams split it: polos for the people on site, tees for everyone else. Tell us that split. We quote them as the garments they are.
There is no published minimum you have to hit. One polo is allowed. So is a full headcount. Send the real number. Inventing a bigger quantity to chase a lower price, then cutting it later, just restarts the quote. The price moves with the quantity, the garment, and how dense the logo is. List how many of each size. Names on a packing list are useful. Names stitched on each shirt are a different job. Say if you need both.
A fast quote needs five things: the artwork, polo or tee or shirt, the colours, how many of each size, and the placement. Chest, sleeve, or back is enough. We reply with a price and a time. You can change the quantity before you approve. Approval is what starts the work. Use our size chart, not another brand's, when people send you their usual size.
One shirt is a whole order
You do not need a team. Send the artwork, the garment, the colour, and the size. We confirm where the stitch will sit, then we make that piece. A single polo with a name is as normal as a single tee with a drawing. Polos with a logo are made to order. They are not sitting in the ready shop the way the oversized tees and embroidered shirts are.
We stitch on our own garments. We do not embroider a shirt you already own and post to us. We need to know the cloth can hold the design. A blurry screenshot makes us guess the edges, and guessing makes a bad embroidery. A clear PNG or SVG is the easy file. A sharp photo, taken straight on in daylight, is enough to start. Tiny text and hairline drawings often need to be thicker. We say that before you pay.
A palm-wide mark is the usual chest logo. A picture on an oversized tee can be larger. Left chest means the wearer's left, the side you see when you look down at your own shirt. Say it plainly. A logo on the wrong side is the mistake people notice first. Nothing is stitched until you have agreed the place, the size, the colours, and the spelling. The clock starts after that yes, not when the file first lands in the chat.
The practical bit, said once
Home delivery inside India is free when the order is Rs. 999 or more. Under that, the shipping charge shows at checkout before you pay. We ship across India. We do not ship outside India. Most ready orders are dispatched in about 4 to 7 working days, then the courier time. A metro pin code is usually quicker than a remote one. Tracking arrives once the parcel leaves.
Two ready pieces take 5 percent off, three take 7 percent off, and five take 10 percent off. That is the offer on the bar. Mix designs and sizes if you want. A company logo run is quoted separately. It is not the same saving.
An unworn ready piece can be reviewed under the return policy. Message us before you ship anything back. A piece we stitched from your logo cannot be sold to someone else, so a change of mind on that piece is not a return. A fault is different. If it arrives damaged, or the design is not the placement you approved, send photos within 48 hours. Payment on the site is UPI, cards, and netbanking. WhatsApp replies run Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST.
