Returns on ready designs and on custom pieces

Returns on ready designs and on custom pieces

An unworn ready design can go back inside the window. A piece stitched from your artwork cannot.

The straight answer

Ready t-shirts and shirts that have not been worn or washed can be returned inside the window on the return and exchange page. Message us before you ship anything back.

A piece we embroidered from your logo or drawing cannot be sold to someone else. A change of mind on that piece is not a return. A fault is different. If it arrives damaged, or the design is not the placement you approved, send photos within 48 hours.

That is why we confirm spelling, colours, size, and placement before we stitch. Check those messages before you say yes.

The two cases are split on the return policy and returning a custom piece.

The practical bit, said once

Home delivery inside India is free when the order is Rs. 999 or more. Under that, the shipping charge shows at checkout before you pay. We ship across India. We do not ship outside India. Most ready orders are dispatched in about 4 to 7 working days, then the courier time. A metro pin code is usually quicker than a remote one. Tracking arrives once the parcel leaves.

Two ready pieces take 5 percent off, three take 7 percent off, and five take 10 percent off. That is the offer on the bar. Mix designs and sizes if you want. A company logo run is quoted separately. It is not the same saving.

An unworn ready piece can be reviewed under the return policy. Message us before you ship anything back. A piece we stitched from your logo cannot be sold to someone else, so a change of mind on that piece is not a return. A fault is different. If it arrives damaged, or the design is not the placement you approved, send photos within 48 hours. Payment on the site is UPI, cards, and netbanking. WhatsApp replies run Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST.

One shirt is a whole order

You do not need a team. Send the artwork, the garment, the colour, and the size. We confirm where the stitch will sit, then we make that piece. A single polo with a name is as normal as a single tee with a drawing. Polos with a logo are made to order. They are not sitting in the ready shop the way the oversized tees and embroidered shirts are.

We stitch on our own garments. We do not embroider a shirt you already own and post to us. We need to know the cloth can hold the design. A blurry screenshot makes us guess the edges, and guessing makes a bad embroidery. A clear PNG or SVG is the easy file. A sharp photo, taken straight on in daylight, is enough to start. Tiny text and hairline drawings often need to be thicker. We say that before you pay.

A palm-wide mark is the usual chest logo. A picture on an oversized tee can be larger. Left chest means the wearer's left, the side you see when you look down at your own shirt. Say it plainly. A logo on the wrong side is the mistake people notice first. Nothing is stitched until you have agreed the place, the size, the colours, and the spelling. The clock starts after that yes, not when the file first lands in the chat.

Thread has a height. Ink does not

Run a finger across a finished chest. Embroidery stands up. A print sits on the surface. A thick print can crack and flake after enough washes. Thread goes through the cotton, so it does not peel off in a sheet. It can still fuzz if you scrub it or dry it on high heat for years. Normal washing keeps it looking like the photo.

Thread cannot copy a photograph, a long sentence in hairline letters, or a dozen shades that are almost the same. A logo, an animal, a flower, or a short name is what stitch is good at. A screen colour and a thread colour are close, not identical. If two colours in the file are nearly twins, they can blend once they are stitched. We flag that before any thread goes in.

The back of the stitch is flatter than the front. Most people stop noticing it once the shirt is on, because the design sits on the chest or the sleeve and not on a tight spot. A very dense design feels more raised. If your skin is fussy, say so and we will keep the mark off places that rub. Iron the cloth, not the stitches. A hot iron straight on the design flattens it.

If you are still on the fence

Come back to the first lines. An unworn ready design can go back inside the window. A piece stitched from your artwork cannot. If that matches the shirt in your head, use the links above and either check out or send the file. If it does not, the other guides under this post are the next place to look.
